Midleton Coaches Get Technical

Munster Rugby recently hosted a technical workshop for Midleton stage 2, 3 and 4 coaches at their club grounds.

The workshop emphasised technique and efficiency at the breakdown and also highlighted individual skills in the tackle and reload along with passing and receiving.

This indoor based workshop proved to be a successful opportunity for coaches to highlight and trouble shoot these specific areas of the game.
