In Pics: Representative Sides Prepare At Talent Camp

The four Munster representative squads yesterday completed week one of the Munster Rugby Talent Camp programme at Rockwell College in County Tipperary.

The Munster Under 20, Munster Under 19, Munster Under 18 Clubs and Munster Under U18 Schools representative squads are currently undergoing a five week intense residential training programme, ahead of the upcoming interprovincial series taking place this September.

As part of their programme the players reside at Rockwell College from Tuesday to Thursday each week and undergo a heavy schedule of on pitch sessions, team bonding and strength and conditioning as well as educational modules focusing on health and nutrition and the players’ general well being.

In their five day week schedule all squads take part in gym sessions on Monday and Friday at their respective centres as part of their preparations.
