First Year Blitz At St. Munchin’s

Munster Rugby recently held an 11-a-side blitz for first year students at St Munchin’s College, Corbally.
The focus of the day was to maximise participation for players of all levels. To do this, the blitz was split into A & B sections.
18 teams from 6 schools were in competition on the day. Those schools were St Munchin's College, Castletroy College, Ardscoil Ris, Rockwell College, Crescent College Comprehensive and Glenstal Abbey.

Munster Rugby would like to thank the competing schools for their support. Especially those who provided affiliated referees.
A special mention goes to host school St. Munchin's College and their transition year students who ensured the smooth running of the blitz.
