Cork Constitution FC Coaches Workshop

Munster Rugby recently ran a coaching workshop in Cork Constitution FC.

The workshop was delivered by Munster Rugby CDO's Keith Murphy and Ken O Connell and was attended by coaches from the clubs U13 to U21 teams.

The focus of the session was on developing breakdown efficiency and decision making in the Game Sense Approach. Munster Rugby would like to thank the club's U21 players for participating in the practical elements and Cork Constitution FC for hosting the workshop.
