Coaching Workshop In Skibbereen RFC

The Munster Rugby Development Department recently ran a Stage 2 workshop in Skibbereen RFC.
Munster Community Rugby Officer Ray Gadsden co-ordinated the course with the players and coaches of the Skibbereen U-13 and U-14 squads.
Ray worked with the players on their understanding of roles around the breakdown as part of the attack and the defence.
The coaches took an active part in the coaching session and a feedback session with the players after the workshop.
