Coaching Workshop at Skibbereen RFC

Munster Rugby held a Coaching Workshop yesterday evening in Skibbereen RFC coordinated by Coach Development Officer Keith Murphy and Community Rugby Officer Ray Gadsden.

The workshop’s main focus was on 'Individual Skill Development' with an emphasis on 'General Movement' from both a player and coach perspective.

All the Club’s youth coaches were in attendance and their U17 Squad participated in the practical element of the workshop.
