Coaching Workshop at Old Christians RFC

Munster Rugby recently held a Coaching Workshop in Old Christians RFC, Rathcooney, Cork, for all the Club’s youth coaches and their U17 squad.
The workshop’s main focus was on Individual Skill Development with an emphasis on General Movement. Both coaches and players found the programme to be of great benefit to them at this early stage of their season.
