Coaching Workshop At Kilrush RFC

Munster Rugby recently held a workshop for Kilrush RFC coaches at their club grounds in Monmore, Co. Clare.
Fifteen coaches from all age grades took part in the evening session which primarily focused on ‘Continuity in Contact’.
The club’s U14 players took part in the practical element of the session who were divided into groups of four to work on the ‘life of the ball’ section of the module.
