Clare & Tipperary Schools Blitz

Munster Rugby recently held U14 Blitz days for Clare and Tipperary secondary schools.

Across the two days over 300 pupils took part from a total of fourteen schools over the two counties.

The Abbey, Hospital, Killmallock, Cahir, St Josephs Borrisoleigh, Clonmel High, Cashel Community College and Villiers all participated in the Tipperary Blitz whilst Kilrush, Rice College, St. Anne's Killaloe, Kildysart and St. Caimins Shannon participated in the Clare Blitz.

Each team participated in 11 a-side matches in what was a great day of high tempo running rugby.

Munster Rugby would like to thank Lee’s Road, Ennis and Clanwilliam FC for the use of their facilities to host the events.
