Tom Farrell, Michael Milne, Edwin Edogbo all returned from international camp this week.
Alex Kendellen, Jean Kleyn, Calvin Nash and JJ Hanrahan have all recovered from recent injuries and returned to training.
Zebre won all three of their games during the 6 Nations window last season, beating Ulster, Edinburgh and Dragons.
The last meeting between the sides in Italy saw Zebre win 42-33 for their first victory over Munster in 22 games.
