Pre-Season Game Confirmed For Waterford

Munster will commence their 2016 Kearys Renault Series when they play Italian side Zebre on Friday August 19th at the Regional Sports Centre in Waterford.
The game against the Italian opposition will be Munster's first home encounter under Director of Rugby Rassie Erasmus and team.
In what has always proven to be a popular venue, the province returns to east Munster after previously lining out against London Irish there in August 2014. The 5800 capacity stadium (3000 seated) has also previously held Munster A fixtures against Llanelli and Plymouth Albion in the British and Irish Cup.
The following week Donncha O’Callaghan’s Worcester Warriors will provide the opposition for the second round of the Kearys Renault Series with Irish Independent Park confirmed for the Friday night action.

Friday August 26th – Munster v Worcester Warriors, Irish Independent Park, ko TBC.
