Event Information
After a fantastic weekend for Irish Rugby, we are delighted to have both the Senior and the Women’s 6 Nations trophies in Thomond Park on Saturday, with Irish Captains Paul O'Connell and Niamh Briggs taking to the field at half time as special guests. Both trophies will be available for fans to view pre-match in the Guinness Dug Out Bar in the Fanzone Plaza from 3pm to 3.45pm, while Supporters Club members will get exclusive access to the trophies in the MRSC Bar in the West Stand from 4pm to 4.45pm.

We also welcome SEAT, Munster’s official car supplier, who are Match Sponsors for the game. SEAT will be handing out free ponchos in the Fanzone Plaza before the game.

Keep an eye out before the game for a special performance by Munster supporter John Horgan, who shot to fame on YouTube in recent weeks performing Bright Blue Rose.

We welcome back Sinead O’Brien who will perform Stand Up and Fight pre-match, along with the Munster Rugby Supporters Club Choir. And at half time there’s a double header, with Kanturk and UL Bohemian U11’s playing, while Old Christians and Richmond Girls also take to the field.

The stadium turnstiles will be open from 3.15pm, with all bars and food outlets inside the ground open at the same time.
