Munster Team Named to Face Australia

James Coughlan will lead the Munster side to take on Australia in the Sony Ericsson Challenge on Tuesday night in Thomond Park, ko 8pm.

Tony McGahan today named his starting XV to take on Australia tomorrow night in Thomond Park and includes Keith Earls, Johne Murphy and Damien Varley, who have all been released by the IRFU.

The front row also includes new comer Peter Borlase who arrived from Canterbury last Thursday.

Tomorrow night's game will see the return of Sam Tuitupou in the backline after a three week suspension since the London Irish game.

The replacements include academy players Conor Murray, Mike Sherry and potentially Brian Hayes as McGahan waits on the fitness of Alan Quinlan.

Munster:  Johne Murphy, Doug Howlett, Keith Earls, Sam Tuitupou, Denis Hurley, Paul Warwick, Duncan Williams, Wian Du Preez, Damien Varley, Peter Borlase, Billy Holland, Ian Nagle, Peter O'Mahony, Niall Ronan, James Coughlan (Capt.)  Replacements:  Mike Sherry, Stephen Archer, Alan Quinlan/Brian Hayes, Tommy O'Donnell, Conor Murray, Scott Deasy, Barry Murphy.

Tickets are on sale for this game online here and can be collected on the night, alternatively tickets will be available to purchase from the Ticketmaster outlet at the Hassett's Cross corner of Thomond Park from 5pm.
