We catch up with Munster academy player Dave Foley who is in his second year of the academy and starts in the second row this Friday for Munster A against Ulster A in Musgrave Park.

Birthplace: Clonmel, Co. Tipperary

Currently Residing: Limerick

Education: CBS Clonmel

First started playing Rugby: Clonmel RFC

Sportsperson Admire Most: Lance Armstrong

Career Highlight to date: Playing in the U19 Rugby World Cup in Belfast

Favourite Other Sport: I try to play a bit of golf

Favourite team outside rugby: I suppose Manchester United are not too bad.

Hobbies outside rugby: Fishing

Best part of playing rugby: Getting paid for a job you love

Worst part of playing rugby: Training on a cold wet night.

Person you would most like to meet: Barack Obama

Person you would avoid at all costs: Noreen out of this year’s Big Brother, I can’t stand her

Pet hate: People who put junk mail into my letter box, it drives me crazy

Sporting Event you'd most like to attend: I would love to attend a UFC fight

Favourite Food: Any Italian food is pretty good

Best place you've visited: New York

What you see yourself doing after rugby: Working in some area of sport

Three people you would invite to dinner and why: Bill Gates because he is loaded and I am broke, George W Bush because I’m sure he would have some interesting stories to tell and Alan from the movie The Hangover, he is hilarious.
