Sharks No Match For Hungry Lions.

After dominating the opening half and and only holding a narrow 7-3 lead, the Lions kicked on in the second half to establish a 32-3 lead as the game entered the final ten minutes and a further try from Jamie Heaslip converted by O’Gara’s replacement James Hook earned the tourists their fourth straight win

Only last gasp sterling defence denied the Lions on several occasions in the opening half , the outstanding Brian O’Driscoll only denied an intercept length of the field try by replacement Mvovo but then at the start of the second half, Mike Phillips scored a brilliant try to put some extra distance between the sides and two penalties from the unerring boot of Ronan O’Gara and his conversion of the O’Driscoll inspired Luke Fitzgerald try put the outcome beyond doubt before Lee Byrne further extended the lead with O’Gara of course adding the touchline conversion.

The impressive Jamie Heaslip rounded off a good night with the final try with James Hook adding the extras.
