Clontarf are the new leaders in the First Division of the AIL, after their 16-3 win away to Terenure. Garryowen have moved up to third place, after their big 34-13 win over old rivals Cork Con.

Shannon collected another set of points with an 18-10 win in Carlow, but U.L. Bohemians despite picking up their fourth bonus point, are still searching for the their first victory, after they lost at home to U.C.D.

In the Munster Junior League, Nenagh Ormond have gone to the top of the First Division, after their hard earned 23-19 win at home to St. Senan’s. Youghal the leaders, went down 16-3 at home to Richmond.

Old Christians ended Douglas’s unbeaten run in the Second Division, with a 20-13 win in an exciting contest. This win, has allowed Muskerry to go back to the top, after their narrow 9-5 win at home to fourth placed Ennis.

The top game between Galbally and Cashel was postponed because of the weather, but Charleville maintained their challenge with a 20-10 over Fermoy in the North Cork derby. Abbeyfeale’s hopes of a quick return to the Second Division, ended at Rathuard, after Presentation defeated them 13-3.
