Mallow Mini Coaching Workshop

The Munster Rugby Development Department held a mini coaching workshop in Mallow RFC last Saturday.

24 Mallow coaches attended the practical workshop that was co-ordinated by Munster Community Rugby Officer Finny O’Regan.

The focus of the workshop was on catch-pass, catch-kick, decision-making, tackle technique, scrum and physical literacy.

Finny first demonstrated these skills to the coaches who then had to coach the different components to their fellow coaches. Feedback was provided to each attendee who can now pass these skills onto their players.

Munster Rugby would like to thank all of the coaches for attending and Ger Kingston, Mallow RFC's mini co-ordinator, for organising all the coaches on the day.
