Crosshaven Coaches Up-skill

Munster Rugby recently ran a Coaching Workshop based on individual skill development for stage two and three coaches in Crosshaven RFC.
The indoor clinic focussed on coach participation in demonstrating the best practice methodology of skill development and emphasised the importance of key factors when analysing and correcting skill deficiencies.
