Introducing The Academy | Tom Wood Interview

Hear from promising 20-year-old Garryowen out-half Tom Wood, who joined the Academy in 2025 after coming up through the ranks at Ballina-Killaloe RFC and St Munchin’s College.
He has played with the Ireland U20s over the past two seasons and helped the team to the Triple Crown in 2026.
Wood made his Munster debut at the age of just 19 against Glasgow Warriors in January 2026.
His brother, Gordon, is also an Academy member and his father is former Ireland international Keith Wood.
