The Disciplinary Committee will comprise of Paul Minto (Scotland) Chairman, Marco Cordelli (Italy) and Rob Flockhart (Scotland).

The hearing will take place tomorrow Tuesday 18 October 2011, commencing at 9:30 am, and will be held at Murrayfield Stadium.

Botha is alleged to have struck Richard Hibbard with his head in the game played at Thomond Park Stadium.
