Munster A face Plymouth Albion at Waterford's Regional Sports Centre this Friday in the British and Irish Cup (ko 7:30pm).
- Ticket Trader – This provides Account holders with the opportunity to place tickets to matches that they are not able to attend onto ticket trader and receive E-Purse Credits into their account. Full details of the 2011/12 Ticket Trader plan will be published in advance of the RaboDirect PRO12 season
- Friends & Family - Account Holders can add members of their Friends & Family to their list using the details below, your current friends and family are listed below.
- Loyalty Points - You will now earn points for purchases through the Munster Rugby Ticketing System. These points will be earned on Season Tickets, Match tickets (home and away) and hospitality purchases. The Loyalty Points programme will be launched in August before the start of the RaboDirect PRO12 season with full details of the points system, how you can maximise your points and how you will be rewarded for earning points.
- Cup / Playoff Ticket Scheme – This will run when Munster qualify for knockout competitions and provide 10 year ticket holders and season ticket holders with a mechanic to pre-purchase tickets in advance of qualification.
Customers using the new system will also see a real financial benefit with a €2 event booking fee being applied, whether you purchase a single ticket or multiple tickets to each event irrespective of ticket price or category of ticket.
Munster Rugby have also retained Ticketmaster as their exclusive ticket sales agent and tickets for all Munster matches that go on retail sale can also be purchased through www.ticketmaster.ie and their agents around Ireland.

All current ticket account holders will have received an e-mail today with a new temporary password. ,Please take a moment to login and change your password and to update your Date of Birth and Gender as these data fields did not exist on our old ticket system. To do this click on "My Account" and "Personal Details".
Please note that if you have received multiple e-mails, this is because you have more than one ticket account. You may have multiple ticket accounts if you purchased online from Munster Rugby in the past as well as being a member of the MRSC, or if your e-mail address is registered on a family members ticket account.
