It will be an historic game for the Italian side, as not only is it their first ever Magners League game but it will also be their first ever competitive fixture. The newly formed franchise will be no push overs either having recruited some hardened campaigners from the Italian national team such as Marco Bortolami  and Kaine Robertson, as well as former French International Julien Laharrague and former Munster number eight Nick Williams who will be no stranger to Musgrave Park.
