You are invited to The Munster Branch Monster Ball on Saturday 10th May 2003 at 7.30pm at the South Court Hotel, Limerick to celebrate the 2002/2003 season.
The cost will be 60.00 per person, which will include a champagne reception, 4 course meal, wines and entertainment. Dress will be Black Tie. This event is being run at cost but a raffle will be held during the evening with all proceeds being donated to the Special Olympics 2003.
Everyone is invited for a fun evening and consequently announcements will be made during the course of the evening that no autographs or photographs of players will be permitted. As this is to be a fun night there will be no speeches just a fun evening.
The South Court Hotel has a special overnight Accommodation rate 50.00 per person Bed and Breakfast, and 40.00 Single Supplement, which must be booked in advance.
This event will be advertised in the local press and on radio stations so, if you wish to attend, it would be advisable to book your tickets early, as the function centre can only hold 700 people.
I realise that this date clashes with the AIL Final but unfortunately this is unavoidable and I wish all teams involved all the best.
Bookings, of a table of 10, can be made by sending a cheque to the Munster Branch, Thomond Park, Limerick marked to the attention of Lorraine and the tickets will be sent to you by return post.
