All applications for a refund must be in writing and must be received by Wednesday 3rd March 2010.

Tickets purchased from Ticketmaster or Munster Rugby 

• Please complete the General Sales Refund Application Form.The form can be downloaded here.
• The correct application form must be completed correctly signed and posted to the Ticket Office.

Application must be received by Wednesday 3rd March 2010 in order to be eligible for a refund.

• The original match ticket(s) must be attached to the completed application form.

Refunds cannot be processed over the telephone. All applications need to be in writing using the correct application form and ensuring you attach match ticket(s). 

Tickets purchased through a Munster Club

• Supporters who purchased their ticket through a local rugby club, should contact the club, who will apply for refund on their behalf.

Clubs must complete the Clubs Application Form. The form can be downloaded here.

• The correct application form must be completed correctly signed and posted to the Ticket Office.

Application must be received by Wednesday 3rd March 2010 in order to be eligible for a refund.

• The original match ticket(s) must be attached to the completed application form.

Season Ticketholders

• Please complete the Season Ticketholder Application Form. The form can be downloaded here.

The correct application form must be completed correctly signed and posted to the Ticket Office.

You must include seat(s) details on the application form and ensure you sign the disclaimer at the bottom.
