Burger In For Boks

South Africa coach Peter de Villiers makes one change to his starting XV for the second Test, in the back-row opting for Schalk Burger over try scorer in the first Test Heinrich Brussow
Burger who hasn't played since the end of April (calf muscle injury) was replaced in the Springboks line-up for the first Test by Heinrich Brussow but this time around Broussow slips to the bench with scrum-half Ricky Januarie making way as de Villiers opts for five forwards on his bench.

The inclusion of Burger is a gamble as is the omission of a back-up specialist scrum half - although Ruan Pienaar can play there - and as we saw last Saturday when it comes to gambling de Villiers aint no Sundance Kid. His use of the bench almost cost his side the match last time out and this time around the Lions midfield maestros will not be unhappy to see Adi Roberts retained.

South Africa: Francois Steyn;  JP Pietersen, Adi Jacobs, Jean de Villiers, Bryan Habana; Ruan Pienaar, Fourie du Preez; Tendai Mtawarira, Bismarck du Plessis,  John Smit;  Bakkies Botha,  Victor Matfield;  Schalk Burger,  Juan Smith, Pierre Spies.
Replacements: Chiliboy Ralepelle, Deon Carstens, Andries Bekker, Danie Rossouw, Heinrich Brussow, Jaque Fourie, Morne Steyn.
