Munster open their 2006/2007 season with a friendly against Leicester Tigers at Musgrave Park on Friday August 25th (kick off 7pm).

By that stage Leicester will have had three games under their belts - they play Castres, Stade Francis and Toulon - and wll also have been involved in the Middlesex Sevens. And while Munster will be without their international brigade the Tigers are likely to include Irish pair Leo Cullen and Shane Jennings and their latest Irish signing Corkman Frank Murphy.

Tickets for the game will be available online and from Musgrave Park and they are expected to be available for purchase in the week beginning 14th August.
