The Ireland Under 21s got the weekend off to a perfect start when they defeated their Italian counterparts 34-9 in Dubarry Park on Saturday evening.
The Ireland Under 21s got the weekend off to a perfect start when they defeated their Italian counterparts 34-9 in Dubarry Park on Saturday evening.

The Irish scored five tries, three of those coming in the opening half with Fionn Carr opening the Irish account with a fine try after 15 minutes.

The other first half try scorers were Paul Marshall and Matt Williams - Ireland leading at half time 20-6 - while Darren Cave and Stuart Philpott crossed for scores in the second half.
