Stadium MK Filling Up Nicely

Ticket sales at the 22,000 capacity stadiummk in Milton Keynes have passed the 18,000 mark ahead of Munster's visit there to play Northampton Saints on January 21st.
The decision to move the match from Franklin's Gardens (13,591) was met with massive criticism by the local business fraternity but nevertheless supporters seem to be voting with their feet - and their wallets - with an estimated 16,000 tickets already in Saintly possession.

Those Munster supporters travelling over are believed to be staying in Northampton opting to make the 20 mile journey south on the day of the game. For those not intending to make the trip to Milton Keynes, the bars in Franklin's Gardens will be open on Friday and on the day of the game.

Meanwhile, Courtney Lawes looks a doubt for the Munster game after injuring an ankle in the game at the weekend against Newcastle. Coach Jim Mallinder reckoned his international back-rower could be out for 'a few weeks' but there was some consolation in that impressive young flanker Callum Clark could return to action - having dislocated a thumb against Scarlets - this weekend for their clash with Harlequins.

Further good news is that club captain, international hooker Dylan Hartley has just penned a new three year deal with the club.
