Burke played for the Munster Under 19s last season and the Under 20s this year.
The prop also has international honours having represented Ireland at Under 19 level and he was called into the Irish National Training Camp in October.
21-year-old Niall Kenneally (pictured left) has signed an academy contract having trained with the Munster squad during pre-season, playing the final 20 minutes of the Seat Series win over Gloucester at Thomond Park.
Educated at Sligo Grammar School, the centre impressed for Munster A in their first Interprovincial game of the season, a 20-12 win over Connacht Eagles and made the move from UL Bohs to Cork Con in the summer.
A product of Northampton Saints academy, Wootton went to England's Sedbergh School, once attended by former England captain Will Carling and Gloucester winger James Simpson-Daniel.
