Video | Munster U18 Boys Clubs Interpro Preparations
1st August 2023
It has been a busy summer across the province with the Munster age-grade representative squads preparing for their respective Interprovincial campaigns.
The Interpro series for Munster’s U19 Boys, U18 Boys Schools, U18 Boys Clubs and U18 Girls squads all kick off in August.
In July, all squads participated in a residential camp at the University of Limerick which involved the use of the facilities in the High Performance Centre which included pitch sessions and gym work in addition to workshops around nutrition and sports psychology.
We caught up with Munster U18 Boys Clubs head coach Aiden McNulty who described the squad's preparation during the initial weeks of training.
We also spoke with Waterpark RFC's Ben Wallis who chats about his experience training with the squad so far.
Hear from McNulty and Wallis below.
