Vision & Values

In the 2022/23 season we returned to rugby as we know it, emerging from the restrictions of a global pandemic that affected everyone involved in the world game. 

Our plan is clear. We will use the next three years to build further on the success of our men’s and women’s senior teams and to bring the people of our province back together after enforced time apart.

Through a process of consultation it is our intention to reset our direction and differentiate the Munster Rugby core identity through a redefined Purpose, Values and Behaviours, and Club Motto as follows:
