The Munster senior squad started their week’s training on Monday with a six-day turnaround ahead of Friday night’s Guinness PRO14 clash away to Cardiff Blues at the Arms Park (8pm).

The #MoveWithMunster campaign continues with a live lunchtime (1.15pm) workout with Munster CCRO Dan O’Sullivan. For more information, click here.

We will bring you the latest Squad Update from our senior team.

A remote press conference will be hosted at the HPC previewing Friday’s PRO14 game in Cardiff.

An Inpho photographer will be at training and we will have a gallery of the best pics on munsterrugby.ie.

Wednesday

The Munster team to face Cardiff on Friday night will be named before noon.

The #MoveWithMunster campaign continues with the second live lunchtime (1.15pm) workout of the week with Munster CCRO Dan O’Sullivan.

Friday

It’s gameday in Wales as Munster take on Cardiff with an 8pm kick-off. The game will be live on TG4 and eir Sport with updates and behind the scenes footage throughout on our social channels.

Saturday

Ireland are in Rome to take on Italy in the Six Nations with a 2.15pm kick-off (Irish time).
