Four of those changes come in the pack where he inroduces a new hooker in the shape of Scarlets' Matthew Rees who will have Chris Horsman and Gethin Jenkins back in the starting line-up to prop up his Six Nations debut while Ian Gough replaces Robert Sidoli in the second-row.
In the backs, Lee Byrne replaces the injured Kevin Morgan (broken jaw) at full-back, Tom Shanklin retains his place in the centre and Shane Williams returns from injury to the starting XV after a lively outing against Connacht on Saturday.
