A Pinergy Munster Schools Senior Cup winner with Crescent College Comprehensive in 2022, Ruadhan first played rugby at Ballina-Killaloe RFC.

The back-row forward enjoyed an excellent 2021/22 season, starting with selection for the Munster U19s squad.

He then played a leading role in Crescent’s successful Schools Senior Cup campaign, including a semi-final hat-trick against Bandon Grammar.

He was selected in the Ireland U19s team for their double-header against France in April.

He was selected to make his senior Munster debut in the pre-season encounter against Gloucester in August 2022.

At the age of 18, Quinn became Munster's youngest player of the professional era when he came off the bench against Zebre at Musgrave Park in October 2022.

Moved up to the senior squad ahead in the summer of 2025 on a two-year deal.
