Exciting young speedster Kilgallen hails from Eadestown in Kildare and scored 12 tries in 23 appearances for Connacht before joining Munster on a two-year deal in 2024.

He started out at Naas RFC before playing schools rugby for Cistercian College Roscrea on the Tipperary-Offaly border.

He joined the Connacht Academy in 2019 and made his debut against Munster in 2020.

A tall, athletic winger, he scored 10 tries in 15 appearances over the 2022/23 and 2023/24 seasons.

After recovering from a leg injury, Kilgallen made his Munster debut against the All Blacks XV in November 2024 but sustained a wrist injury.

He scored two tries against Northampton on his competitive debut for Munster in the Champions Cup and followed that up with a try against Dragons on his URC debut for Munster.
