Kate Flannery started playing rugby in Kilfeacle RFC before moving to Fethard RFC while also playing with Rockwell College.

Flannery has represented Munster at U18 level and Ireland at U18 level in both XVs and 7s.

The Tipperary Woman has also lined out for Ireland U20s. 

Flannery has made 17 appearances for Munster to date.
