Finn currently plays her rugby with UL Bohemian RFC having previously lined out underage with Ballina-Killaloe and Nenagh Ormond.

She has also featured for Munster at underage level and most recently lined out for Irish 7s team that took part in Rugby Europe’s U18 7s Championship in Prague at the start of this summer.

Caitríona now has 11 appearances for Munster has played an increasingly influential role in the squad's fortunes as she helped Munster to back-to-back Interpro titles in 2025 and 2026.
