Out-half Jack Crowley joined the Munster Rugby Academy in 2020.

The Innishannon man won the U18 Munster and All Ireland titles with Bandon RFC in 2018 and also lined out for Bandon Grammar in the Munster Schools Senior Cup.

He starred for the Ireland U20s in the 2020 6 Nations and scored 36 points in three games as Ireland cliched the Triple Crown before the campaign was cut short.

He also played a leading role for Cork Constitution in the AIL in the 2019/20 campaign along with lining out for Munster A in the Celtic Cup.

Included in the matchday squad for the clash against Edinburgh at the start of the 2020/21 season and made his Munster debut away to Ulster in January 2021.

Signed a two-year senior contract after making three PRO14 appearances in his one year in the Academy, moving up to the senior squad for the 2021/22 campaign.

Made his first Munster start against Ospreys in October 2021 and his Champions Cup debut against Castres Olympique at Thomond Park in December 2021.

Made his first Champions Cup start for Munster away to Castres in January 2022 and ended the season with 12 senior appearances.

An outstanding 2022/23 season saw Crowley make 20 Munster appearances as we won the URC title. He also made his Ireland debut against Fiji in November, signed a two-year contract extension in December and made his 6 Nations debut against Italy as Ireland won the Grand Slam.

Featured at his first World Cup in 2023 and went on to start seven consecutive games for Ireland during the 2024 6 Nations and tour to South Africa.

Was named the 2023/24 URC Players' Player of the Year, URC Next-Gen Player of the Year and was named on the URC Elite XV. Made 19 Munster appearances in 2023/24 and earned his 50th cap against Connacht in May 2024.
