Stephanie Carroll’s rugby journey began at Richmond RFC before a move to Dublin in 2018 saw her join Railway Union where she won an AIL title that season in addition to the AIL Try of the Year award.

She has lined out for the Ireland Sevens team and won a Bronze Medal at the Rugby Europe Sevens in 2019.

She was nominated for AIL Player of the Year in 2019/20.

Before playing rugby, Stephanie played Gaelic Football for Limerick for 10 years.
