Conor Ryan, Max Clein and Luke Murphy all impressed on their Munster debuts with Ryan playing the full 80.

Evan O’Connell, Tony Butler (two), Gavin Coombes and Seán O’Brien were the Munster try-scorers with O’Connell and Butler scoring their first for the province with Butler landing three conversions.

19-year-old Ava Crean spoke to the crowd ahead of the game after smashing her personal best by over nine minutes to become the youngest winner of the women’s national title at the Dublin Marathon last week.

Members of the victorious Munster Women’s team, who regained the Interprovincial Championship in August, took to the field at half-time to celebrate their heroics over the summer.
