Squad Update Ahead Of Trip To Saracens

The Munster squad have started their preparations at the High Performance Centre ahead of Saturday’s return Champions Cup clash against Saracens at Allianz Park (3pm). On the injury front, there is positive news for Chris Cloete as he has returned to team training. Rhys Marshall is in rehabilitation with the medical department after undergoing a surgical procedure on his knee last week. Continuing to rehab: Jeremy Loughman (ankle), Tyler Bleyendaal (neck), Dave Kilcoyne (calf), Joey Carbery (ankle), Ciaran Parker (calf), Darren Sweetnam (hamstring).

Munster Players In All Ireland League Action

There were four Greencore Munster Rugby Academy players in All Ireland League action at the weekend. All four featured in Garryowen's 25-10 victory over UCC at Dooradoyle. Liam Coombes, Jack Stafford and Jack Daly played their part for Garryowen with James French in the UCC side.
