The successful candidate will have:
- First degree or similar-level qualification in sports or PE- related discipline, or evidence of equivalent practical rugby experience.
- LTPD Stage 3/4 technical knowledge / experience.
- Significant experience of Stage 4 rugby as a coach or player.
- Knowledge and understanding of Irish rugby.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Long Term Player Development model.
- Applied technical knowledge of rugby which can be demonstrated in management decisions across coaching, refereeing and player development.
