John Hayes
One of ten current Munster squad members who has won over 100 caps for Munster.
Began his rugby career with Bruff RFC before opting to play for Shannon but in recent times has renewed his affiliation to Bruff.
Made his first appearnce in a Munster jersey back in August 1997 and has a Celtic Cup, two Magners League and two Heineken Cup medals to show for the 169 caps he earned in that period.
Represented Ireland 94 times - a record for a prop - and he has been a part of two Lions tours, to new Zealand and South Africa. He is married to Fiona Steed, herself the most capped Ireland Womans international.
