Securing victory after last weekend's opening defeat to Ulster will be top priority for Conor Twomey's young charges this Friday night when they take on Connacht in the Mardyke at 7pm.

Limerick’s Tom Comyns is one of the Munster Strength and Conditioning coaches and focuses mainly on the speed and agility development of the players.
He is a former track sprinter and represented Ireland in the World and European Championships as well as the Sydney Olympic Games. He competed in the 100m, 200m and relay events and still holds the Irish Junior and Senior 4 x 100m relay record.
Tom completed a Physical Education degree, and prior to starting with Munster in August 2006 completed a 3 year PhD in Sport Science.
