Strength and Conditioning Coach

Aidan O'Connell was educated at Sacred Heart College Carrignavar. He has a Bsc in Sport Science from the University of Limerick and a Msc  in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Edinburgh.

Now beginning his sixth season with Munster he previously worked with Leinster Rugby and prior to that in Yale University, Connecticut, USA. From Ballyclough Co Cork he is married to Maria and they have a baby boy, Barry.
