Another busy weekend of rugby ahead with most of the squad in action between the Heineken Cup and the British and Irish Cup.

The Munster squad completed a full training session in UL yesterday and the Heineken Cup squad will re-group again in Limerick tomorrow for an afternoon session, departing from Shannon on Friday.

The British & Irish Cup squad will assemble in Cork tomorrow morning as they finalise their preparations for Saturday's must-win game against Scottish side Ayr in Tralee RFC, ko 2pm.
