Beginners and experienced players are welcome at Ballincollig RFC throughout the season.

Even if you have never participated in sport before don’t be put off. All you need is an interest in getting fit, meeting new people and learning new skills.

Training will begin with small steps as players and coaches work together to build up fitness and playing techniques.  Plenty of activities will continue off the pitch including “Girls Only Nights”, Cocktail parties and lots more!
