Munster opened with a home defeat to Llanelli in Waterford but bounced back with a comprehensive 47-14 win away to Melrose, before their last outing against Bristol was postponed in December.

Nottingham Director of Rugby Glenn Delaney is expecting a strong local presence at Friday night's game "We've already had a staggering reaction to this match.  Munster are one of the biggest names in rugby, having them play here at Meadow Lane will certainly be a brilliant game for fans and we're hopeful of getting a very good crowd in to witness the action."
