The game next Sunday will be controlled by the Stade Anoeta match day authorities who will apply the same regulations that they apply when soccer matches take place at their stadium. They have asked that Munster supporters take note of the following:
Stade Anoeta, Real Sociadad and Biarritz Olympique are very proud to be holding the Heineken Cup quarter final between Biarritz Olympique and Munster in San Sebastian and welcome Munster supporters to the town.
However, as this match is being played in a soccer stadium, there are certain regulations that Biarritz and the stadium authorities would ask travelling Irish supporters to be aware of.
The following items are not allowed in the stadium, Flags with poles Weapons of any kind Sharp objects Glass objects Alcohol of any description Anyone carrying any of the items above will be refused entry into the ground. Alcohol will not be on sale anywhere in the stadium.
The Spanish and Basque police would also like to advise Munster supporters that that they are required to carry some form of identification with them at all times and ask them to respect the local community in San Sebastian.
