The Director of Coaching plays an integral part of the IRFU rugby operations and will have a pivital role within Munster rugby.
The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to operate within an ambitious, challenging and successful rugby environment and we are looking to hear from candidates who can:
• Design and deliver "world-class" rugby coaching techniques and systems.
• Bring high levels of success within competitions. • Maintain our position as one of the "top" Teams in Europe. • Develop a planned approach for player and coach development. • Implement a tailored fitness, strength and conditioning programme for players.
The successful candidate will have:
• a minimum of 2 years coaching experience at this or a higher level. • a proven track record of coaching professional rugby at a similar level. • a high level of personal ambition and desire for success. • strong communication, leadership and presentation skills. • a positive and proactive approach to coaching rugby. • an ability to build strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
